About The Cosy Nook

Hello and welcome! My name is Diane – I am, shall we say a "mature" individual, living happily in the beautiful heart of Morayshire, Scotland, alongside my wonderful dog Heidi, who is my constant companion and great comfort. You might be wondering why my business is called The Cosy Nook for Card Readings & Mediumship… well, it’s quite simple! For anyone who is able to visit me in person, I’m currently transforming my garden shed into my very own dedicated reading room. It will definitely be on the small side, but that’s exactly the idea – it’s designed to feel warm, safe, intimate and wonderfully relaxed, just like a little cosy nook where we can chat freely and connect without distraction.

I feel so lucky to live where I do. We’re surrounded by stunning countryside, with the breathtaking Cairngorms National Park and the wild, wonderful coast both within easy reach – so whether I want hills, forests or sea air, it’s all right on my doorstep, daily we take walks along the river Spey. As for my village… well, people often say it’s a very “spiritual” place – and honestly, with five whisky distilleries and one gin distillery all around us, I think they might just be right! At certain times of year, that rich, warm scent of whisky drifts through the air, what the industry calls the Angel’s Share – the part that evaporates from the cask as it matures, said to be the portion shared with the angels. It really is quite intoxicating, and I love to think that this gentle, special aroma adds its own magic to the work I do.

I’m a developing psychic medium, which means I’m still learning, growing and honing my gifts – and that’s also why my readings are so affordably priced! I don’t claim to be perfect or to have all the answers, but what I do bring is warmth, kindness, and a genuine desire to offer comfort, joy, and connection. For me, mediumship isn’t about religion – it’s simply about helping you feel reassured that love and consciousness continue beyond physical life, and bringing through messages that feel personal, meaningful and true to you.
